WHEREAS The Lumber and Building Materials Association of Ontario Incorporated (the *Association”) was incorporated by Letters Patent issued by the Lieutenant-Governor of Ontario on the 20th day of May, 1920, and amended by Supplementary Letters Patent dated the Sth day of June, 1972;
AND WHEREAS the Association wishes fo revise ifs by-law respecting the conduct of the affairs of the Assaciation;
BEIT ENACTED as a by-law of the Association as follows:
